We work with suppliers locally, regionally and globally to source and deliver food and beverage products, uniforms, packaging, smallwares, signage, décor and digital innovations, to meet the needs of Subway® restaurants in the Asia Pacific region. Below you will find more information about the process we follow when working with new suppliers.
We continually seek the highest standards and the best price for the quality, presenting a range of products to the Subway brand for approval. Working within the Subway framework we ensure quality standards are met, delivering guests the same great taste, service, and in-restaurant experience wherever they go in the world.
Approval process
Many of our suppliers go through an approval process run by the Subway brand before they can supply to the market. Once the approval process is complete, we enter a partnership with the supplier, which enables investment on both sides over the term of the contract to supply. As a professional procurement and supply chain company, we add value to both the supplier and the franchisees through central management and clear processes.
Subway approved suppliers work collaboratively with us to improve taste and quality, innovate, and create new and exciting products for restaurant guests.
We also appoint support and value-added service suppliers to work with us to deliver a range of the great services we provide to restaurants across the region.
